Studio Cancellations + Rescheduling
Because each booking reserves exclusive studio time and removes availability for other clients, all bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may receive studio credit to rebook within 30 days of your original booking date, subject to availability.

Rescheduling:
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session.

- Approved reschedules will be issued as studio credit only, valid for 30 days.

- Requests made within 48 hours of the session are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.

Partial Cancellations:
- Partial cancellations, time reductions, or shortened bookings are not permitted.

- Once a booking is confirmed, the full reserved time remains billable, regardless of whether all time slots are filled or used.
